Acrisure, a global fintech leader, is seeking a Senior Manager for Financial Planning & Analysis to partner with Enterprise Technology and deliver advanced budgeting, forecasting, and performance management. You will drive data-driven insights, develop executive-ready analyses, and coach analysts in cross-functional settings.

The role emphasizes strategic budgeting, ROI analyses, and scalable FP&A practices to support growth and operational excellence across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related quantitative field.
• 7+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Advanced financial modeling and driver-based forecasting.
• Experience supporting data, information technology, or AI development teams.
• Experience with planning platforms such as Adaptive, Anaplan, Oracle EPM, OneStream, or similar tools.
• Strong executive communication and ability to influence senior leadership.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end forecasting, annual planning, budgeting, and longer-term financial planning processes.
• Own and enhance driver-based financial models connecting operational metrics to financial performance.
• Provide senior-level analysis of business performance and recommendations.
• Serve as a trusted partner translating results into clear narratives for leaders.
• Define KPI standards, integrate new data sources, and deliver scalable dashboards.
• Develop executive-ready materials for leadership and Board reporting.
• Lead financial support for strategic initiatives, ROI analyses, and business cases.
• Collaborate with analysts and cross-functional teams to improve FP&A practices.
• Build relationships with executives to align objectives and drive results.
• Identify opportunities to automate and standardize FP&A processes.
