Job summary

Acrisure, a global fintech leader, seeks a Director of FP&A – Planning, Governance & Modernization to drive enterprise planning, governance, and modernization initiatives. The role reports to the Head of FP&A and requires coordinating across Finance, Accounting, and business partners without direct line authority.

The ideal candidate will lead complex, multi-workstream programs, implement governance standards, and partner with external advisors to deliver durable internal capabilities required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 10+ years of FP&A experience with transformation/operating model redesign.
• Experience in Big 4 public accounting or advisory preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end annual budget and rolling forecast process; coordinate across Revenue, Expense, and Reporting.
• Design and maintain the enterprise planning playbook; governance standards and KPI definitions.
• Lead FP&A modernization PMO initiatives; coordinate with consultants and internal stakeholders to deliver durable capabilities.
