Acrisure, a global fintech leader, is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis in the US. The role partners with the Enterprise Technology Group, driving forecasting, budgeting, and performance management.

You will build driver-based models, deliver executive-ready insights, and lead data-driven decision support at the senior level. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, enhance reporting capabilities, and contribute to scalable FP&A practices that support growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or related finance roles.
• Advanced financial modeling incl. driver-based modeling and scenario analysis.
• Proven ability to translate data into insights and influence senior leaders.
• Experience supporting IT/AI development teams is preferred.
• Familiarity with planning platforms such as Adaptive, Anaplan, Oracle EPM, or OneStream.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker) and large datasets.
• Excellent executive communication and storytelling abilities.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning for assigned units.
• Develop driver-based financial models linking operations to outcomes.
• Provide senior-level analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Partner with executives, translate results into clear narratives.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics and ET teams to define KPI standards and dashboards.
• Prepare executive materials for leadership and Board reports.
• Drive ROI analyses and business case development for strategic initiatives.
• Mentor analysts and drive continuous FP&A improvements.
