Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a highly analytical Senior Manager to join its FP&A team across multiple major U.S. cities. This role focuses on forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting to support Real Estate Services and Cyber business units, reporting to the Senior Director of Enterprise FP&A.

The position emphasizes actionable insights from variance analysis, KPI alignment, and strategic initiatives, with potential to lead a team of analysts and collaborate with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related quantitative field.
• 7+ years of FP&A or related finance experience.
• Real Estate industry experience required (e.g., mortgage origination, title insurance).
• Strong financial modeling skills — advanced Excel plus planning platforms (Adaptive, Anaplan, Oracle EPM).
• Experience with BI/analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and large datasets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Track record of driving process improvement and automation.
• Experience establishing and managing relationships with senior leaders to achieve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the continuous forecast and planning processes for the assigned business units, delivering projections, budgets, and plans.
• Develop robust driver-based financial models linking operational metrics to outcomes.
• Own variance analyses explaining the why behind results.
• Partner with Data & Analytics to design dashboards, integrate data sources, and ensure KPI consistency.
• Create executive-ready materials for senior leadership and the Board.
• Support ROI analyses, M&A modeling, and other critical projects.
• Possibly oversee a team of analysts, setting goals and coaching for growth.
• Collaborate with peers and stakeholders across Operations, Finance, and Tech.
• Proactively seek opportunities to improve processes, driving automation and efficiency.
