Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, to join our FP&A team in a high-impact, data-driven role. You’ll lead forecasting, budgeting, and long‑term financial planning for key business units, building driver‑based models and partnering with IT and analytics teams for scalable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
• 7+ years of progressive FP&A and strategic finance experience.
• Advanced financial modeling skills including driver-based modeling and scenario analysis.
• Experience supporting data, IT, or AI development teams.
• Familiarity with planning platforms such as Adaptive, Anaplan, Oracle EPM, OneStream, or similar tools.
• Proven ability to translate data into insights and executive-level narratives.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker and working with large datasets.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end forecasting, planning, budgeting, and long-term financial planning for assigned business units.
• Develop driver-based financial models linking operational metrics to financial outcomes.
• Provide senior-level analysis of performance, including spend vs plan and risk opportunities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, delivering clear insights and recommendations.
• Partner with Data & Analytics and Enterprise Technology to define KPI standards and improve reporting and dashboards.
• Prepare executive materials for leadership and Board updates, including scenario analyses and recommendations.
• Lead ROI analyses and business case development for strategic initiatives and technology investments.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization to boost FP&A effectiveness.
