Job summary

Acrisure, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to partner with the Enterprise Technology Group and drive actionable insights for senior leaders. You will lead forecasting, planning, and driver-based models that connect operational metrics to financial outcomes, while coordinating with data teams and executives.

Your role emphasizes delivering executive-ready analyses, strategic recommendations, and scalable dashboards to support ROI decisions and technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related quantitative field.
• 7+ years of progressive FP&A, strategic finance, or related experience.
• Advanced financial modeling including driver-based modeling and scenario analysis.
• Experience supporting data, information technology, or AI development teams.
• Experience with planning platforms such as Adaptive, Anaplan, Oracle EPM, OneStream.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into insights and recommendations.
• Experience with BI/analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end forecasting, annual planning, budgeting, and long-term planning.
• Own driver-based models linking metrics to performance and outcomes.
• Partner with tech teams on 3rd-party technology spend.
• Provide senior-level analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Translate results into clear narratives for executives and Board.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics and ET teams to enhance dashboards.
• Develop executive materials including scenarios and strategic recommendations.
• Support ROI analyses, business cases, and strategic projects.
• Design processes to track technology investment payback.
• Foster cross-functional accountability and continuous improvement.
• Build relationships with leaders across Operations, Finance, and IT.
• Drive FP&A process improvements, automation, and data quality.
