Job summary

Acrisure, a global fintech leader, is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to drive forecasting, planning, and strategic finance across enterprise technology initiatives. Lead driver-based models, partner with IT and data teams, and deliver executive-ready analyses for senior leadership and the Board.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve reporting, KPI definitions, and decision support while shaping scalable FP&A practices in multiple major U.S. locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years of FP&A or related finance experience.
• Advanced financial modeling including driver-based modeling and scenario analysis.
• Experience supporting data, IT, or AI development teams.
• Experience with planning platforms: Adaptive, Anaplan, Oracle EPM, OneStream.
• Ability to translate data into insights for senior leadership decisions.
• Experience with BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, Looker.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end forecasting, annual planning, budgeting, and long-term financial planning.
• Develop driver-based models linking metrics to outcomes; manage tech spend.
• Provide senior-level analysis of performance and recommendations.
• Serve as a trusted finance partner to senior leaders with clear narratives.
• Partner with Data & Analytics to define KPI standards and dashboards.
• Prepare executive materials for leadership and Board updates.
• Support strategic initiatives including ROI analyses and business cases.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and accountability across teams.
• Drive FP&A process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Build relationships with executives across functions to align objectives.
