Job summary

BOLD is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead financial analysis, global forecasting, and strategic planning within our fast-paced Operations group. You will partner with senior management to build budgets, evaluate potential acquisitions, and track core metrics while adapting to shifting business priorities in a rapidly growing environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in finance.
• Extensive experience building complex financial models and conducting quantitative/qualitative analysis.
• Proven ability to present analyses to senior executives and partner across departments.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual, quarterly and monthly budgets and forecasting models.
• Prepare reporting and analysis to understand drivers and variances; publish dashboards and KPIs.
• Perform cost analysis; investigate deviations from forecasts.
• Support development of financial models and metrics to measure performance.
• Provide insights to leaders on deviations from targets and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop materials for senior management presentations and reviews.
• Create presentations that communicate analysis and aid decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for automation of modeling and processes.
