Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the Facilities Finance Team in Philadelphia, PA. The role partners with multiple finance teams to provide financial planning, analysis, reporting, and explanations for companywide activities.

The analyst will develop ad-hoc analyses, support strategic planning, and coordinate requests with field counterparts. This position emphasizes data-driven insights to evaluate performance, risks, and opportunities across business units.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of FP&A experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, business or related field.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact with senior management and diverse teams.
• Ability to coordinate a number of projects and prioritize accordingly.
• Collaboration skills and the ability to influence without formal authority.
• Sound judgment and ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Consolidates, analyzes and reports monthly, quarterly and annual results and compares against KPIs.
• Adds variance explanations and risks & opportunities analysis.
• Supports region and Total Company actuals and forecast process with analysis and ad hoc reporting.
• Builds and maintains company-wide templates and reports for monthly/quarterly reporting.
• Prepares financial presentations for senior leadership meetings including executive decks.
• Supports the annual strategic planning process.
• Uses Aramark software tools to create insightful reporting.
• Supports AOP process with analysis of Total Company plan algorithms and drivers.
• Assists with operating reviews, business reviews and ad hoc operational support.
• Supports Quarterly Operating Review processes with analysis, templates and reporting.
