Job summary

Aramark is seeking an Accounting Intern to analyze all aspects of finance, including budgeting and reporting. The Student Worker - Functional cleans and maintains assigned area(s) to meet customer and client satisfaction.

The role supports accounts receivable and payable, assists with audits, and helps prepare monthly reconciliations and reports for the district. The position offers exposure to financial systems and processes within a large, multinational service company.

Qualifications

• Previous custodial experience preferred.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling greater than 50 lbs.
• Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts receivables and accounts payable duties
• Coordinates audits of locations financial systems, BirchStreet, Prima, Kronos, etc
• Supports preparing monthly credit card reconciliations
• Providing analytical support to the District
• Supports preparing custom reports for monthly financial review as needed
• Works on special projects
