Job summary

Inspire Brands, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the U.S. Finance team and deliver FP&A support for Arby’s.

You will own P&L areas, manage forecasting, budgeting, variance analyses, and month-end reporting, partnering with Marketing, Operations, and Shared Services to drive insights and actions. The role emphasizes collaboration across Finance and cross-functional teams, building financial models, and delivering executive-ready materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, or related experience.
• CPA is a plus but not required.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, hospitality, franchise, or multi-unit environments preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own designated areas of Arby’s P&L, including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and month-end reporting.
• Support the annual budget, monthly forecast, and long-range planning processes.
• Prepare and distribute recurring financial reporting packages, analyses, and management presentations.
• Perform monthly variance analysis and communicate key drivers, risks, opportunities, and trends.
• Manage expense forecasting and reporting for G&A functions with business leaders.
• Support financial management of the Arby’s Franchise Association (AFA), including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and monthly reporting.
• Develop financial models and analyses to evaluate business performance and support management decision‑making.
• Partner with Accounting to ensure accuracy of financial results and investigate variances.
• Assist in preparing materials for leadership meetings, business reviews, and executive presentations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate reporting, and enhance efficiency of analysis.
• Support ad hoc analyses, projects, and strategic initiatives as needed.
