Aramark is seeking a Finance Specialist as part of the LifeWorks Restaurant Group within its Workplace Experience Group. The role focuses on forecasting, trends, monthly income statements, and ad hoc reporting to support strategic planning and executive reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field or equivalent experience (finance/accounting preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports the strategic planning process and the development of the annual business plan, budget and forecast for the business on an annual, monthly and weekly basis
• Supports the quarterly operating reviews and other executive management reports
• Recognizes opportunity and drives improvements with Aramark supplied software tools
• Analyzes and compares monthly and quarterly results, metrics and key performance indicators against plan and other benchmarks
• Analyzes productivity (food and labor), marketing and other business initiatives impact on financial results
• Responsible for dashboard accuracy / reconciliation (PMD, Labor Dashboard, etc.)
• Performs or compiles ad hoc analyses as the need arises
