Job summary

Slide is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to own budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-range planning, while partnering with the CFO and business leaders to drive strategic decisions. This high-visibility, individual-contributor role turns data into actionable insights, helping shape how we plan, measure performance, and present the story to the board as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of FP&A or related finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
• Experience with SaaS metrics and ERP/BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own annual budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Build financial models for long-range planning and scenarios.
• Prepare board-level reporting and presentations.
• Develop SaaS metrics and analyze growth and unit economics.
• Provide timely analysis for strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with CFO and leaders on headcount and compensation planning.
• Improve planning processes and reporting tools.
• Support ad hoc financial analyses for strategic projects.
