Job summary

ScienceLogic is seeking a Senior Director of Finance & FP&A to drive strategic finance, planning, and execution across the company. You will partner with the CFO and executive team to guide growth, profitability, and operational performance.

You will own the annual plan, long-range forecasts, and rolling updates, delivering actionable insights and robust reporting to the board and leadership. This role demands hands-on leadership and collaboration with Sales, Product, and Operations in a

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a finance-related field.
10+ years of progressive finance experience including FP&A leadership.
Experience presenting to executives, boards, and senior stakeholders.
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytics skills.
Ability to communicate complex financial topics to non-financial audiences.
Experience in software/SaaS/recurring revenue business models.
Advanced Excel and financial systems expertise.

Responsibilities

Act as a strategic advisor to the CFO and executive leadership on financial performance and profitability initiatives.
Lead financial modeling and scenario planning for global growth and pricing decisions.
Own the annual operating plan, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts.
Develop executive-level insights and recommendations for decision-making.
Lead board materials, investor reporting, and lender communications.
Oversee SaaS metrics, ARR, bookings, and CAC/payback analysis.
Drive finance automation and AI-enabled workflows to improve forecasting.
