Job summary
Clearwater Analytics is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join our global finance team. The role supports strategic planning, analysis, and decision-making in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
You will partner with business units to understand drivers of cost and revenue, manage forecasting and budgeting, and deliver monthly and quarterly reporting with actionable insights to executive leadership. Ideal candidates have 9+ years in FP&A or SaaS finance, strong Excel modeling and BI skills
Qualifications
- 9+ years in FP&A or related roles with SaaS metrics.
- Proven ability to build complex financial models for SaaS businesses.
- Excellent Excel modeling and data visualization skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Intacct, NetSuite) and planning tools.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business unit leaders to understand cost drivers and revenue trends.
- Lead annual, long-range, budgeting, and rolling forecasts.
- Own monthly and quarterly financial reporting and analytics packages.
- Perform qualitative financial analysis of KPIs and advise on operational impact.
- Drive process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
