ScienceLogic is seeking a high-impact Senior Director, Finance & FP&A to lead strategic finance, planning, and governance across the global organization. This executive role partners with the CFO, CEO, and ELT to deliver actionable insights, robust financial reporting, and scalable processes that drive growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, FP&A and strategic leadership.
• Experience supporting executive leadership, boards and senior stakeholders.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate complex financial topics to non-financial audiences.
• Experience in software, SaaS, or recurring revenue models.
• Advanced Excel and financial systems expertise.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic advisor to CFO and exec leadership on financial performance and profitability initiatives.
• Lead financial modeling and scenario planning to support global growth, pricing, and investments.
• Develop executive-level insights and recommendations for decision-making.
• Evaluate performance against strategy and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Own the annual operating plan, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts.
• Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews with variance analysis and reporting.
• Partner with leaders to establish financial targets and accountability.
• Maintain and enhance models for revenue, ARR, bookings, headcount, and expenses.
• Prepare board materials, investor communications, and lender reporting.
• Support fundraising, refinancing, M&A, and strategic transactions.
