Job summary

Seerist, a high-growth AI-enabled analytics company, is seeking a hands-on Director of FP&A to be the financial engine of the business. Reporting to the CFO, you will own planning, forecasting, and board reporting with a focus on actionable insights.

You'll build three-statement models, drive budgeting, model scenarios, and influence strategic decisions on headcount, pricing, and growth. Strong Excel, SaaS metrics, and NetSuite experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience, with SaaS exposure.
• Expert-level Excel modeling without templates.
• Strong SaaS metrics knowledge and ability to explain ARR, retention, and unit economics.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite reporting and data extraction.
• Experience using HubSpot data for pipeline and revenue forecasting.
• Ability to present financial results to CFO and executive team.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/CFA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the three-statement financial model (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) including long-range planning.
• Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting across departments to deliver an integrated plan.
• Produce periodic variance analysis with clear narrative explanations.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for real-time financial health monitoring.
• Support CFO with ad hoc analysis and scenario planning.
• Partner with department heads on headcount planning and spend analytics.
