Publicis Health in New York is seeking a Director of FP&A for Health to own the consolidated financial view across six agency brands and translate performance, forecasts, and workforce trends into actionable insights.

You will lead a seven-person FP&A team, manage budgeting, consolidation, bonus and severance planning, and partner with Heads of Finance to align capacity with revenue and demand. This is a senior, strategic finance role.

Formación

• 10+ years of FP&A or related finance experience in a complex environment.
• Proven strategic partner to CFO or senior finance leader.
• Strong planning, forecasting, consolidation, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
• Experience linking headcount and staff costs to revenue and demand.
• Experience leading and developing FP&A professionals.
• Advanced Excel and data-visualization platform experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Health FP&A consolidation, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting.
• Own the consolidated FP&A view and financial story for Health across brands.
• Coordinate scenario analysis across revenue, staffing, and productivity.
• Provide clear analytical views of headcount vs. revenue and demand.
• Build relationships with Heads of Finance and other partners.
• Drive standardization, automation, and AI-enabled insights.
• Mentor a team of FP&A professionals toward analytical judgment and business partnership.
