Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, financial analysis, or related role.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial reporting/planning systems.
• Experience with Hyperion, SAP, Anaplan, or Pigment preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to explain financial results to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate across departments.
• High attention to detail and ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasts with business stakeholders.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, budget-to-actuals, and KPIs.
• Partner with leaders to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain financial models for planning, scenario analysis, and initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue, manage costs, and enhance profitability.
• Prepare presentations and summaries for senior management with recommendations.
• Improve planning, reporting, and forecasting processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Accounting and other departments to ensure data integrity.
• Oversee and optimize financial systems and tools for data flow and reliability.
• Manage and develop junior staff and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
