Job summary

tms is seeking a Director of FP&A to lead global agency financial consolidation and partner with senior leaders across North America and Europe. You will shape planning, analysis, and reporting while guiding a small team in Chicago and London.

You will own the budgeting calendar, drive cost optimization, and present insights to executives to steer profitable growth in a complex, multi-region agency environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with substantial time in FP&A.
• 3+ years of direct people-management experience.
• Proficiency in US GAAP accounting.
• Experience owning planning, reporting, and consolidation across more than one region or entity.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Plan financials for North America and Europe across regions with agency partners and Finance teams.
• Own agency financial consolidation across regions and systems.
• Develop and communicate the Finance calendar across Agency finance teams.
• Prepare and analyze actual regional Agency results and explain variances.
• Oversee overhead expenses, staffing levels, and CAPEX investments.
• Present senior management with monthly reporting packages and analysis.
• Lead and develop a team of three across Chicago and London.
• Advance FP&A governance and best practices across the Agency.
