Job summary

Publicis Groupe seeks a Vice President, FP&A Pillar Lead in New York to partner with the pillar CFO and direct the FP&A organization. You will translate complex financial data into foresight, support strategic decisions, and ensure a unified view across actuals, forecasts, and KPIs.

You will lead consolidation HQ, Agency FP&A, and sub-pillar FP&A leads, driving governance, performance storytelling, and forward-looking analyses for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years FP&A or related experience in a complex, multi-business environment.
• Strategic partner to a CFO or senior finance leader with influence over exec teams.
• Experience leading leaders and sizable finance teams across multiple pillars.
• Strong planning, forecasting, reporting, and decision-support skills.
• Experience with AI/automation and enterprise planning platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Pillar CFO’s FP&A partner and lead pillar-wide FP&A.
• Translate data into a cohesive view of performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead consolidation HQ, Agency FP&A, and sub-pillar FP&A leads across businesses.
• Develop executive materials and financial storytelling for leadership reviews.
• Maintain end-to-end financial processes and governance across the pillar.
• Build leadership depth and succession within the FP&A organization.
• Drive forward-looking scenario analysis and strategic recommendations.
