Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking a Sr. Analyst FP&A to join the BI team, supporting agencies and the CFO under the Production Pillar. You'll consolidate financials, manage budget/forecast, and perform complex variance analyses with a focus on client profitability.

You'll collaborate with agency finance leads, create HFM templates, and contribute to automation of reporting. Strong analytical skills and experience with Salesforce and Hyperion are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with strong analytical skills.
• Minimum 2+ years of accounting/finance experience and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing scope and deadlines, and work independently.
• Proficient in Salesforce, SAP HFM/Hyperion, SmartView and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate financials, collect agency projections and ensure accuracy for consolidation.
• Prepare monthly reports, KPI analyses, and variance analysis of actuals vs forecast.
• Support budget/forecast processes and create client profitability insights.
• Develop and maintain HFM templates for agencies; produce presentations.
• Identify opportunities to automate and harmonize reporting; support ad-hoc projects.
• Explain financial reports to business finance leads and maintain relationships.
