Job summary

10+ years FP&A or related finance experience in a complex multi-business environment.
Proven strategic partner to a CFO or senior finance leader.
Strong skills in forecasting, consolidation, budgeting, and scenario planning.

Responsibilities

Lead Health FP&A consolidation, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting.
Provide forward-looking analyses to support decisions on headcount, productivity, and capacity.
Develop and coach FP&A professionals across centralized and embedded teams.
Maintain robust governance, controls, and accuracy of financial outputs.
