Job summary

Moore, based in the United States, seeks a Director, FP&A to act as a strategic finance partner across Agency Pillars, driving revenue growth and financial performance. You will own the full P&L, forecast, and headcount planning, partnering with agency leadership and Enterprise Sales to align plans with delivery capacity and margin targets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• Experience partnering with commercial or revenue-driven teams and strong knowledge of revenue drivers.
• Advanced Excel, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary strategic finance partner to Agency leadership to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Own full P&L for the Agency Pillar and manage headcount/resource planning.
• Oversee forecasting, cash flow, and balance sheet management for liquidity and efficiency.
• Provide variance analysis and forward-looking insights for monthly/quarterly/annual reviews.
• Develop driver-based forecasting frameworks linked to sales pipeline and capacity.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Sales and Agency leadership to improve forecast accuracy.
• Lead standardized planning and reporting across multiple agencies.
