Job summary

tms is seeking a Director of FP&A in Chicago to lead planning, forecasting, and global consolidation for the North America and Europe regions. You will partner with agency leaders and Finance to drive sustainable, profitable growth and shape the financial direction of the agency.

You will oversee a small team across Chicago and London, set the planning agenda, and deliver clear, decision-ready analysis to senior leadership while maintaining strong internal controls and cross-region collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience.
• 3+ years of direct people-management experience.
• Proficiency in US GAAP accounting.
• Experience owning planning, reporting, and consolidation across regions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, forecast, and consolidate for multiple regions with agency partners and Finance teams.
• Own agency financial consolidation across regions and systems with a predictable calendar.
• Develop and communicate the Finance calendar and key reporting dates.
• Prepare and analyze regional results and explain variances vs budget/forecast.
• Lead oversight of overhead expenses and CAPEX investment analysis.
• Produce senior-management financial review materials and present to leaders.
• Guide and train teams to ensure clear, decision-ready analysis.
