Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst in FP&A focused on Network Consolidation & Management to support end-to-end financial consolidation of Network P&L and coordinate close, budget, and forecast cycles. The role requires strong Excel skills, detailed financial reporting, and the ability to collaborate across Network Finance and cross-functional partners to deliver executive-ready insights.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional work experience in FP&A or related.
• Financial planning, P&L consolidation, and reporting in health services.
• Strong attention to detail and cross-team coordination.
• Proficiency in Excel and managing consolidated models from multiple data sources.
• Effective written and verbal communication for executive reporting.
• Strong organization and handling competing deadlines.
• Collaborative across Network Finance and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support consolidation of Network P&L and reconcile revenue, COGS, fees, credits.
• Manage Finance management process calendar for monthly close, budget, forecast.
• Prepare consolidated reporting packages and executive presentations.
• Identify and resolve consolidation variances; escalate issues.
• Support ad-hoc analyses and special projects.
