Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A – Network Consolidation & Management Process to lead end-to-end consolidation of the Network P&L and coordinate close, budget, and forecast cycles. You will work with Network Finance and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, executive-ready financial views across all network segments.

The role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple timelines while communicating clearly.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional work experience.
• Financial planning, P&L consolidation, and reporting skills in a PBM, managed care, or health services environment.
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation; experience coordinating multi-team financial deliverable calendars preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience managing consolidated financial models across multiple data sources.
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to prepare executive-ready consolidated reporting.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing deadlines across budget, forecast, and close cycles.
• Collaborative work style with ability to partner across Network Finance teammates and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and reconcile Network P&L across segments for executive-ready view.
• Manage the Finance management calendar for monthly close, budget, and forecast cycles.
• Prepare consolidated reporting packages and management presentations.
• Identify and resolve consolidation variances; escalate material issues.
• Support ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects.
