Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional work experience
• Financial planning, P&L consolidation, and reporting in a PBM, managed care, or health services environment
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation; experience coordinating multi-team financial deliverable calendars preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and experience managing consolidated financial models across multiple data sources
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to prepare executive-ready consolidated reporting
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing deadlines across budget, forecast, and close cycles
• Collaborative work style with ability to partner across Network Finance teammates and cross-functional stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Support the consolidation of the Network P&L - aggregating and reconciling revenue, COGS, fees, and credits across all network segments into an executive-ready financial view.
• Manage the Finance management process calendar, coordinating deliverable timelines across the Network Finance team for monthly close, budget, and forecast cycles.
• Prepare consolidated reporting packages and management presentations, ensuring accuracy and reconciliation across all Network P&L components.
• Identifies and resolves consolidation variances and reconciling items across network segments; escalates material issues to the Manager.
• Supports ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects as directed by the Manager.
