Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst specializing in Network Consolidation & Management to drive end-to-end consolidation of Network P&L and to manage the close, budget, and forecast cycles. You will coordinate calendars and deliver executive-ready reports in a timely manner.

Work with Network Finance and cross-functional partners to ensure accurate, consolidated views of revenue, COGS, fees, and credits across networks.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional work experience in FP&A or related field.
• Experience in financial planning, P&L consolidation, and reporting in a PBM, managed care, or health services environment.
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation; experience coordinating multi-team financial deliverable calendars preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience managing consolidated financial models across multiple data sources.
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to prepare executive-ready consolidated reporting.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing deadlines across budget, forecast, and close cycles.
• Collaborative work style with ability to partner across Network Finance teammates and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate the Network P&L, reconciling revenue, COGS, fees, and credits into an executive-ready financial view.
• Coordinate the Finance management process calendar for monthly close, budget, and forecast cycles.
• Prepare consolidated reporting packages and management presentations with accuracy and reconciliation across all P&L components.
• Identify and resolve consolidation variances; escalate material issues to the Manager.
• Support ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects as directed by the Manager.
