Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A - Network Consolidation & Management Process to drive end-to-end financial consolidation of the Network P&L. This role coordinates close, budget, and forecast cycles and delivers executive-ready reports across network segments.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in financial planning and P&L consolidation, strong Excel skills, and a collaborative, cross-functional mindset for coordinating multi-team deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees or certificates preferred.
• 2-4 years of professional work experience in financial planning or network consolidation.
• Experience with PBM/health services finance is a plus.
• Ability to produce executive-level consolidated reporting and manage calendars.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate Network P&L by aggregating revenue, COGS, fees, and credits for a clear financial view.
• Coordinate monthly close, budget, and forecast calendars across the Network Finance team.
• Prepare consolidated reporting packages and executive presentations with accurate reconciliations.
• Identify variances and reconciling items across network segments and escalate issues as needed.
• Support ad-hoc analyses and special projects as directed by the Manager.
