Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A - Network Consolidation & Management Process to drive end-to-end financial consolidation of the Network P&L and oversee the close, budget, and forecast cycles. You will own calendar management, ensure timely outputs, and deliver executive-ready reporting across network segments.

The role requires 2–4 years of experience in financial planning and consolidation, strong Excel skills, and the ability to coordinate multi-team deliverables.

Qualifications

• BS degree in finance or related field required.
• 2–4 years of professional work experience.
• Experience with financial planning, P&L consolidation and reporting in health services.
• Strong Excel skills with multiple data sources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support consolidation of the Network P&L by aggregating and reconciling revenue, COGS, fees and credits into an executive-ready view.
• Manage Finance calendar for monthly close, budget and forecast cycles across Network Finance.
• Prepare consolidated reporting packages and management presentations with accurate reconciliations.
• Identify and resolve consolidation variances; escalate material issues to the Manager.
• Support ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects as directed.
