CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A - Network Consolidation & Management Process to lead end-to-end consolidation of the Network P&L and coordinate the close, budget, and forecast cycles. You will deliver executive-ready reporting and collaborate across Network Finance and cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, process orientation, and strong communication skills to manage multiple deadlines and complex data sources in a health services environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional work experience in FP&A or finance roles.
• Experience with P&L consolidation and reporting in a health or PBM setting preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to prepare executive-ready consolidated reports.

Responsibilities

• Supports consolidation of Network P&L by aggregating and reconciling revenue, COGS, fees, and credits.
• Manages Finance management process calendar for close, budget and forecast cycles.
• Prepares consolidated reporting packages and management presentations.
• Identifies and resolves consolidation variances; escalates material issues.
• Supports ad hoc analyses and special projects as directed.
