Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional work experience.
• Financial planning, P&L consolidation, and reporting in health services environment.
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation; coordinating multi-team financial calendars preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and Consolidated financial models across multiple data sources.
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to prepare executive-ready consolidated reporting.
• Strong organizational skills to manage deadlines across budget, forecast, and close cycles.
• Collaborative work style with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supports the consolidation of the Network P&L—reconciling across segments into an executive-ready financial view.
• Manages the Finance calendar for monthly close, budget, and forecast cycles.
• Prepares consolidated reporting packages and management presentations.
• Identifies and resolves consolidation variances across network segments; escalates material issues.
• Supports ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects as directed by the Manager.
