Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to be a key FP&A partner, owning forecasting, budgeting and performance insights to drive data-backed decisions across the business.

You will collaborate with cross-functional leaders, develop financial forecasts, manage the close, deliver KPI reporting, and identify efficiency opportunities while working six days per month from the Bolingbrook office.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Finance/Statistics/Math.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Highly analytical with strong technical and strategic thinking skills.
• Background in compiling data, creating queries, and replicable reports.
• Power BI and Excel proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Close/Forecast/Budget Management: Partner with Accounting and cross-functional business leaders to manage the close process.
• Lead the development of financial forecasts in collaboration with internal stakeholders and business partners to deliver insights for strategic decisions.
• Financial Reporting: Own and evolve key reporting processes to deliver timely, relevant KPI insights.
• Financial Business Support: Develop recommendations to drive profitability and support strategic initiatives.
• Ad hoc Analysis: Lead analyses to support business case development and investment decisions.
• Six days per month in the Bolingbrook, IL office.
