UL Research Institutes and UL Standards & Engagement in Evanston, IL seek an FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning. You will deliver insights to optimize resource allocation and financial performance across the organization.

You will mentor a budgeting team, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and drive robust projection systems, KPIs, and reporting to enable informed decision-making and strategic execution.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of direct work experience in a global matrixed organization.
• CPA/CMA/CA or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Experience with Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial and budgeting processes including annual budget projections and development of financial metrics.
• Build and manage a proactive budgeting team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support their budget and forecast processes.
• Identify cost savings opportunities and drive efficiency improvements.
• Evaluate financial impact of business opportunities and prepare reports and charts.
