Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Senior Manager of Supply Chain Data & Analytics in Bolingbrook, IL. You will lead the SCDA reporting portfolio, develop a high-performing team, and partner with Supply Chain and IT to deliver scalable analytics and KPI solutions.

You will drive data maturity by evolving self-service analytics, data governance, and advanced analytics opportunities across the organization. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data and analytics, information technology, retail supply chain, consulting, or related environments.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience, including leading managers, analysts, or cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading reporting, analytics, or BI functions in a complex environment, preferably Supply Chain or Retail operations.
• Hands-on experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI, GCP/BigQuery, SQL, Python, Databricks.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into data/reporting requirements and partner with IT and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Supply Chain reporting portfolio from intake to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop managers and analysts across the SCDA team.
• Partner with Supply Chain leadership to prioritize reporting needs based on business value and risk.
• Ensure issues are resolved within SLA and communicate with leadership.
• Build external partnerships to advance analytics capabilities and data governance.
