Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Bolingbrook, IL seeks a Financial Analyst I to join the FP&A team and help drive budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. You will partner with cross-functional leaders to develop insights and support overhead planning and strategic initiatives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include weekly and monthly reporting, assisting in month-end close, and contributing to annual budgeting.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
• MS Power BI experience preferred but not required.
• SAP or BI systems knowledge is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily reporting as needed, communicating insights to leadership.
• Support monthly forecast management with cross-functional partners.
• Assist with month-end closure and variance explanations.
• Participate in annual budget planning and multi-year planning.
• Perform ad-hoc analytics and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with business leadership to support strategic and financial goals.
