Job summary
Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Financial Planning and Analysis team in Bolingbrook, IL. The role focuses on forecasting, budgeting, and delivering data-driven insights that support strategic decisions.
You will partner with Accounting and business leaders, manage the close process, develop forecasts, and drive profitability through actionable financial analysis and reporting. A hybrid work model is offered.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Finance/Statistics/Math or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in finance/FP&A or forecasting.
- Strong analytical, modeling and reporting capabilities.
- Experience compiling data, creating queries and canned reports.
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage close, forecast and budgeting processes with cross-functional partners.
- Develop financial forecasts, evaluate risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
- Own reporting processes and KPIs to predict future performance and trends.
- Advise business leaders on profitability and capital allocation decisions.
- Lead ad hoc analyses to support business cases and investments.
