Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Financial Planning and Analysis team in Bolingbrook, IL. The role focuses on forecasting, budgeting, and delivering data-driven insights that support strategic decisions.

You will partner with Accounting and business leaders, manage the close process, develop forecasts, and drive profitability through actionable financial analysis and reporting. A hybrid work model is offered.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Finance/Statistics/Math or related field.
5+ years of relevant work experience in finance/FP&A or forecasting.
Strong analytical, modeling and reporting capabilities.
Experience compiling data, creating queries and canned reports.
Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage close, forecast and budgeting processes with cross-functional partners.
Develop financial forecasts, evaluate risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
Own reporting processes and KPIs to predict future performance and trends.
Advise business leaders on profitability and capital allocation decisions.
Lead ad hoc analyses to support business cases and investments.
