Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking an FP&A Specialist to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis for a growing organization. You will work with finance and operations to provide visibility into financial performance and influence business decisions.

The role focuses on budgeting, variance analysis, and building financial models to drive insights and strategic planning. Strong Excel and ERP/BI tool experience are valued in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 2+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial statements
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, and financial modeling
• Experience with ERP, planning, or reporting systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, or Power BI is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with both finance and operational teams

Responsabilidades

• Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Prepare monthly financial reporting and variance analysis
• Analyze actual results against budget and forecast
• Build and maintain financial models and management reporting
• Track key financial and operational KPIs
• Support revenue, expense, headcount, and profitability analysis
• Partner with accounting and business leaders to understand financial trends
• Assist with month-end reporting and management presentations
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis as needed
