Beacon Hill is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Financial Planning & Analysis team in Boston. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and strategic financial analysis while partnering with senior leaders across the organization.

This position offers visibility across the business and is ideal for leveraging a foundation in FP&A or corporate finance into a broader finance role within a dynamic investment management environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, audit, or financial analysis experience

Responsabilités

• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and reforecasting processes.
• Analyze business performance with variance and trend analysis.
• Prepare reporting packs and financial presentations for senior leadership.
• Assist with long‑term strategic planning and financial modeling.
• Partner with accounting, finance, and business leaders to evaluate results and drivers.
• Support month-end and quarter-end reporting activities.
• Participate in special projects, process improvements, and ad hoc analyses.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and insights to support decision-making.
