Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis for its growing organization. You will work closely with finance and operational teams to provide visibility into financial performance and support business decisions.

The role involves budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, variance analysis, and building financial models to track KPIs and profitability.

Qualificações

• Must have FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Solid budgeting, forecasting and financial statement knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and lookup formulas.
• Experience with ERP/planning/reporting systems is a plus.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and work cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Prepare monthly financial reporting and variance analysis
• Analyze actual results against budget and forecast
• Build and maintain financial models and management reporting
• Track key financial and operational KPIs
• Support revenue, expense, headcount, and profitability analysis
• Partner with accounting and business leaders to understand financial trends
• Assist with month-end reporting and management presentations
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 2+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial statements
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, and financial modeling
• Experience with ERP, planning, or reporting systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, or Power BI is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with both finance and operational teams
