Job summary

Beacon Hill is partnering with a high-growth technology company to fill an FP&A Manager role in New York. You will own financial planning, forecasting, modeling, and reporting while partnering closely with business leaders to drive strategic decision-making and support growth.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FP&A or strategic finance, with proven skills in modeling, budgeting, variance analysis, and reporting. A background in technology, SaaS, or a fast-growing environment is preferred.

We are partnering with a high-growth technology company on a FP&A Manager position. This opportunity offers broad ownership across financial planning, forecasting, modeling, and reporting, while partnering closely with business leaders to support strategic decision-making and continued growth.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, or related experience, with strong experience in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting. Candidates should have experience managing company-wide financial planning and understanding overall business performance. Successful candidates are analytical, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced, growing environment. Experience within technology, SaaS, or a high-growth organization preferred.
