Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis for its growing organization. You will work closely with finance and operational teams to provide visibility into financial performance and support business decisions.

The role involves budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, variance analysis, and building financial models to track KPIs and profitability.

Qualifications

• Must have FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Solid budgeting, forecasting and financial statement knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and lookup formulas.
• Experience with ERP/planning/reporting systems is a plus.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Analyze actual results against budget and forecast.
• Build and maintain financial models and management reporting.
• Track key financial and operational KPIs.
• Support revenue, expense, headcount, and profitability analysis.
• Partner with accounting and business leaders to understand financial trends.
• Assist with month-end reporting and management presentations.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis as needed.
