Job summary

Beacon Pointe Advisors is seeking a meticulous Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and business analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills and the ability to communicate insights to senior leadership.

Responsibilities include supporting monthly and quarterly reporting, budgeting, and cross-functional data gathering, while maintaining multiple priorities and delivering timely analyses for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related business discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related fields.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and complex formulas.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director and CAO with monthly/quarterly financial reporting and budgeting.
• Administer Solver and Carta; maintain enterprise cap table and equity data.
• Prepare financial models, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
• Mine and interpret large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial and operational data.
• Support month-end close and coordinate with accounting.
• Contribute to ad hoc analyses and executive presentations.
