Beacon Hill is partnering with a high-growth technology company to fill an FP&A Manager role in New York. You will own financial planning, forecasting, modeling, and reporting while partnering closely with business leaders to drive strategic decision-making and support growth.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FP&A or strategic finance, with proven skills in modeling, budgeting, variance analysis, and reporting. A background in technology, SaaS, or a fast-growing environment is preferred.

• 5+ years of FP&A or strategic finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting skills.
• Experience managing company-wide FP&A planning and forecasting.
• Experience in technology, SaaS, or high-growth industries preferred.
