Beacon Hill is seeking a highly hands-on Senior FP&A Consultant for a remote, contract engagement in the United States. The role focuses on rapid assessment of current FP&A processes, forecasting accuracy, executive reporting, and strategic financial insights for leadership.

The ideal candidate will bring deep FP&A expertise, strong modeling skills, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment, supporting growth initiatives and due diligence as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of FP&A experience with senior leadership responsibilities
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling expertise
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Proven ability to deliver executive-level reporting
• Experience supporting boards or private equity stakeholders preferred
• Profitability analysis and KPI development experience
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions due diligence, or growth initiatives a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work hands-on and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical mindset and business acumen

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning across multiple business units
• Build and enhance financial models for revenue, profitability, and cash flow analysis
• Develop executive reporting packages, dashboards, and KPI reporting for senior leadership
• Provide variance analysis and actionable recommendations to improve results
• Partner with operational leaders to evaluate performance, profitability, and growth opportunities
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling for strategic decisions
• Assess and improve FP&A processes, reporting structures, and forecasting methodologies
• Support market analysis and business planning for growth initiatives
• Assist with financial due diligence, valuation analysis, and M&A projects including integration planning and modeling
