• Advanced degree in Economics, Finance, Business Admin, International Development, Public Policy or related field.
• First-level degree with 2 additional years of qualifying experience may be considered in lieu of master.
• Experience in international development or finance is desirable.

• Lead development and execution of UNCDF engagement with foundations, philanthropies, family offices and private sector partners.
• Identify opportunities, manage partnerships, and build a structured pipeline of collaborations.
