Formación

• Advanced degree in business/public administration/finance/accounting/law or related area.
• At least ten years of progressively responsible experience in international development, managing partnerships and resource mobilization.
• Experience with digital/technology-based tools for partnerships is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic partnerships: leads the work of the Partnerships and Resource Mobilization Section and drives strategy for partnerships that support UN country teams.
• Resource mobilization: guides funding and donor engagement, negotiates contribution agreements, and develops funding analytics.
• Leads cross‑team collaboration and capability-building for UN 2.0 skills across divisions and regions.

Educación

Advanced university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in business or public administration, finance, accounting, law or related area.

First-level university degree + 2 years of qualifying experience in lieu of advanced degree
