Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc is seeking a results-driven sales/account manager to promote products and build relationships with new and existing customers. You will manage day-to-day inquiries, drive share of wallet, and utilize Sysco 360 CRM for data and opportunity tracking in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of marketing concepts, and experience in foodservice sales. Training on Tableau and related tools will be provided to support success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, sales, marketing, hospitality or culinary arts.
• Preferred 3+ years of foodservice sales, B2B experience, restaurant management or culinary background.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for customers: inquiries, manage compliance and satisfaction; build and execute a customer call plan.
• Identify customer needs, analyze market trends, and recommend products; coordinate with specialists/brokers; provide training to customer personnel.
• Manage activities from FreshPoint CMU HOME team: maintain customer order guides, LTOs, Red Alerts, etc.
• Use Sysco 360 CRM for account management, opportunity tracking, task management and data maintenance.
• Participate in ongoing training: Sysco360, Tableau Reporting, and related tools.
