Job summary

Impact Property Solutions in Jacksonville, FL seeks an experienced Sales Representative to partner with customers and drive long-term revenue. You will develop relationships with portfolio clients and connect with executives to promote company products and strategies.

Responsibilities include creating sales presentations, documenting activities in CRM, and analyzing pricing and competition to expand orders. A strong background in sales and flooring for multifamily properties is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Customer Sales Experience or Related Experience.
• Minimum 2 years flooring experience or related experience.
• Experience selling products and services to multifamily property management companies or working for multifamily property management companies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and build sales and obtain orders with existing customers and new accounts.
• Prepare sales presentations based on customers' needs.
• Utilize CRM systems to document sales activities, scheduling, and reporting.
• Monitor competitive landscape in the multifamily flooring marketplace.
• Recommend new products and services by evaluating results.
